Sunny 101.5 and Sofa Select are pleased to bring you the Select Room Makeover. Simply take a look around your house and take a photo of the room most in need of a makeover. Then, post that picture on the Sunny 101.5 website. Photos will be accepted through March 30. Then, check their site on April 4. We’ll have 4 finalists posted and it will be your vote that will decide the winner! The winner will be announced on Saturday, April 5th between 10:00am and 1:00pm as Jack Reichert broadcasts live from Sofa Select.
The grand prize is a room makeover valued at $4,000!

Official Rules
for the Select Room Makeover with Sunny 101.5 and Sofa Select
1. The Select Room Makeover Contest with Sofa Select and Sunny 101.5 runs March 15, 2008 – April 5, 2008.
2. How to Enter: To enter, take a photo of a room in your home that you want redecorated. Submit that photo online at www.Sunny1015.com before the deadline of 11:59pm on March 30, 2008. Entrants must include name, address and phone number.
3. Eligibility: No purchase necessary. Open to legal residents of the United States, at least 18 years of age. Employees of WSBT Inc., Sofa Select, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to win. Immediate family includes: spouse, domestic partner, child, parent, sister, brother, stepparent, stepchild, grandparent, grandchild, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, stepbrother, stepsister, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law. Void where prohibited.
4. Prize: One grand prize winner will receive a $4,000 room makeover provided by Sofa Select. $4,000 prize is limited to items Sofa Select can reasonably supply from their distributors. Items not provided include, but are not limited to: carpet, paint, wallpaper, draperies or any window coverings, and construction or contract work of any kind. WSBT Inc. and Sofa Select reserve the right to substitute a prize should named prize become unavailable.
5. Winner: Beginning April 1, 2008 four finalist photos submitted by listeners and chosen by representatives of Sofa Select and WSBT Inc, will be posted to Sunny 1015.com. People will be able to go to the website and vote for the winner until 12pm on April 4, 2008. Votes will be counted and a winner will be announced at 12:15pm on Saturday, April 15. In the event of a tie, a random drawing will be conducted among tied contestants. Odds of winning are 1 in 4. Winner must meet eligibility requirements and adhere to all contest rules to receive prize. Winner may be asked to complete a winner consent form, provide photo identification, and/or provide a social security number. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. The winner grants WSBT Inc. and Sofa Select the right to publish the winner's name, city and state. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for WSBT Inc., Sofa Select and their agencies to use the winner's name/likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation worldwide and in perpetuity in any and all forms of media, unless prohibited by law.
6. General Conditions: All national, state and local laws and regulations are applicable. All taxes (including income tax) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this contest will be ineligible for prizes and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Sunny 101.5 is not responsible for telephone difficulties. Multiple entries entered by other than human means such as conference calling, computerization or other mechanical means to play are ineligible. Void where prohibited. This contest is subject to these Official Rules available at Sofa Select, 5946 Grape Road in Mishawaka and online at www.sunny1015.com during the contest period of March 15, 2008 – April 5, 2008. By entering this contest, players agree to waive any right to claim ambiguity or error in the rules of the contest, or the contest itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of WSBT Inc. and Sofa Select whose decisions are final. Players agree that WSBT Inc., Sofa Select and those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this giveaway, including their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies and/or any other person or entity associated with this contest shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of prize, participation in contest, or any technical malfunctions.
