Hi Katie,
My mother got the rest of her furniture Tues. 8/3 and loves it. She had forgotten about the night light in the night stand and thought that was so cool - as well as the outlets for clock etc. Everything fit very well (although I may have to do a little rearranging when I visit again so her walker will fit between the bed and the window to get to the chest). She is so-o-o-o-o proud of it and all her things fit in the draweres with room left over (so far). She is having all the "girls" come to see it. We still have to do some decorating on the walls but it is becoming like her new home - this transition has done a world of good for her.
The primary reason for this note is to thank you and the rest of the "family" at Sofa Select. You were a great help in selecting the furniture and fabrics. And especially in getting her to consider the powered recliner - she hasn't used it much yet but I expect that to be so more useful for her than a traditional recliner. I also appreciated that the owner waived the separate delivery charge when my mother needed to give the loaner furniture back to the facility before the majority of the bedroom pieces were in. There was just enough already in to make that possible and keep my mother comfortable. Finally my mother and my aunt who was there for both deliveries and helped get the arrangement right thought the two delivery men were great. The same men came both times and put things just where my aunt wanted them and took great care with the furniture.
I would certainly recommend you and Sofa Select to anyone who asks and we may buy a little more. Currently we are considering getting two more of the chairs we selected for the small dining table so she can send the two from her old home set back out to her house. And she may need a lamp or two yet.
